Frequencee Inc. is a trading software-as-a-service provider, not a brokerage or financial institution. We provide automated trading software that connects to your MetaTrader 4 account to execute EUR/USD forex trades. Your funds remain in your own brokerage account at all times—we never hold, custody, or have withdrawal access to your capital.
ELIGIBILITY AND REQUIREMENTS:
You must be 18+ years old, maintain a funded MT4 account with minimum $50,000 USD funded in USD, and reside in a jurisdiction where automated forex trading is legal. You are responsible for maintaining account security and ensuring brokerage account compliance. Your relationship with your MT4 broker is independent of Frequencee—you are solely responsible for broker fees, spreads, swaps, account restrictions, and broker-related issues.
FEES AND PAYMENT:
We operate on performance-based commissions, earning fees only on realized profits. No profit means no payment to Frequencee. You remain responsible for broker fees and applicable taxes. Outstanding invoices remain due upon termination.
RISK DISCLOSURE:
All investments carry inherent risk. Trading forex carries significant financial risk. You could lose your entire investment. Past performance does not indicate future results. Automated trading does not guarantee profits. By using Frequencee, you acknowledge full responsibility for all trading losses. This service is not suitable for all investors. Frequencee does not provide investment advice or personalized recommendations. Consult independent financial advisors before using automated trading systems.
SERVICE MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION:
Frequencee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice. We are not liable for service interruptions, third-party failures, or temporary unavailability. Either party may terminate at any time without penalty. Upon termination, you remain responsible for outstanding fees and must cease using our software.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frequencee Inc. is not liable for trading losses, software errors, broker failures, or any indirect damages. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding twelve months. You agree to indemnify Frequencee from claims arising from your use of the service.
REGIONAL RESTRICTIONS AND COMPLIANCE:
We do not offer services to residents of the United States, China, Singapore, or sanctioned jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for compliance with local regulations and tax obligations. These terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
AMENDMENTS AND CONTACT:
